Senior Process Technology Manager – Taiwan

Description:

Responsible for managing current and next generation process technologies at wafer Foundry. Will work with Foundry to trouble shoot and resolve process and devices issues impacting yield in coordination with PTE, work with design teams to derive device requirements for next generation of products, work with Foundry on device/process compliance to roadmap and monitor process/device performance.

Requirements:

• B.S./M.S. Degree in physics or electrical engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Fabless semiconductor industry
• Experience in IC process integration in the area of 90nm and 65nm technologies
• Thorough understanding of sub-micron device physics and semiconductor processing
• Knowledge of advanced developments in areas such as Silicon-on-Insulator, Strained Silicon, Double gate structures etc is preferable
• Knowledge of embedded technologies such as SRAM
• Experience with typical Foundry technology files likes Spice models, DRC decks etc.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
