Showcase Collaborative Reference Platforms at RMI’s Breakthrough

NetLogic Microsystems and RMI have collaborated to develop multiple generations of reference designs that include RMI’s best-in-class multi-core, multi-threaded processors along with NetLogic Microsystems’ industry-leading Layers 2-4 knowledge-based processors and NETL7™ Layer 7 knowledge-based processors. These reference platforms are highly scalable to target a wide range of applications and systems, from carrier-class networking equipment to high-performance security appliances and from 3G/4G mobile wireless infrastructure to small-and-midsize enterprises.  This collaboration will help customers accelerate time-to-market and reduce development costs for advanced, next-generation systems, such as switches, routers, 3G/4G mobile infrastructure equipment, security appliances, storage appliances and gateways.
