XLR Processor® PCI-X Host Bus Adapter Card Features and Highlights The Quad GbE PCI-X Host Bus Adapter board is a standard PCI-X form factor board that ships with an XLR532 Processor installed. The board facilitates communication with key XLR Processor® interfaces such as DDR2 memory, PCI-X, and Quad 10/100/1000Mbps Ethernet MACs. Since all members of the XLR5xx processor family are pin-compatible, the same board layout can be used to accommodate other processors in the XLR family.

Firmware
A complete set of firmware, OS and debug tools is provided to enable a complete test environment.

The XLR5xx Processor family is a cost-effective, single-chip solution providing the key building block for next-generation, scalable system solutions. It combines the power of an innovative Multi-Threaded architecture, the flexibility of extensive industry-standard media interfaces and the simplicity of a leading edge, general purpose MIPS64 ISA-compliant architecture.
